good luck! When you call just listen to the message in thai for like 5 seconds and press the code above. It is a bit tricky, but after a couple of times a human finally answered and approved my husband’s in 3 seconds.

happened to me as well. My husband’s got denied and mine approved the first time with the same set of documents. We reapplied, called them and it got approved immediately

you cam upload the hotel reservation demonstrating you paid for 1 night and then upload the payment receipt for the PCR at the airport separately (the last tab will let you upload additional “other” documents in PDF format). Mine was approved like this! Good luck!

Thank you everyone for all the info and support. My husband’s thai pass got rejected this morning, which is very weird and disappointing since we applied with the same set of documents. We applied again and will start trying all the numbers and channel available. Fingers crossed!!!
