we've been here almost 3years. He got his first Non-F visa in Kuala Lumpur. Each year we visit Chaengwattana for our extensions.

just to be aware, I work in Thailand with a Non-F extension of stay. My husband is my dependant and also has a Non-F extension of stay.

The system is very simple to use if you have got your landlords log-in details. Except for the first screen, where you click 📂 to get to the page to enter your details, everything is in Thailand AND English.

I have successfully used my landlords log-in details to do a TM30 and have been to Immigration since to do 90-day report. No issued at all.

I understand that at the end of my visa (November 2018), but I'm being told I need an extension of stay (or border bounce) when my 90 days is up (08 june).

I was under the impression I could border bounce or report to immigration every 90days, then need an extension of stay when my visa is due to expire so that I can stay in Thailand without having to go out the country & apply for a new visa?

Sorry, it's all very confusing.

Thanks for all your advice, I think it makes sense. I'm sure I'll have more questions soon when/if I'm told something else by my employers.

So, when the visas run out we go to Chaengwatthana to get an extension of stay?

Does this give us another year, with 90day bounces, or just 90days at a time?

And how much would that be (again multiple entry would be best I assume)?

Yes, I had the same issue in Phuket last week coming from Malaysia, as I just have a regular passport. Both my immigration official and my the official my husband saw were totally baffled.

No, I'm a permanent member of staff, so can stay here as long as I want (or immigration allow me)
