Eddie Jarvis I understand. But as a tourist what u can do? U stay in hotels. Immigration want to know were u stay.

So u can say I stay in this hotel now.

Go to immigration and tell them u stay

you are right. He confused me too. He has an multi re entry permit stamp which he said he not have.

yes you can re entry and will get a stamp until 28 November. You must ask then inside Thailand again for an extention to uphold ur 1 year.status. Or you chose for a 30 day visa exempt stay or u make a new visa outside Thailand.

you not got your visa inside Thailand. You have an extention and a multiple re entry permit.

He have already a multi re entry permit.

that is right for the first year.

If u buy every year outside from Thailand a 1 year visa is OK. But if you go to immigration inside Thailand and ask there for 1 year extention, then it is a different story. Then you need a re entry permit.

better to transfer from outside. If you bring it in cash u should declared it on costumers when u arrive. They will give u a receipt.
