I asked an employee at air Asia in Koh Samui. She told me I should be able to do up to 3 visa exemption without an issue.

Currently, I am not paying the agency. She just gave me free advices.

I’m not understanding my history issue.

To clarify: I got in November 45 days, the went to India. Back from India I got 30 days, went to Malaysia after 25 days. Got 45 days, renewed 30 days in Samui. Today it’s my last day so I’m on my way to Malaysia.

Does it change your feelings about my situation? Any advice on Getting an exemption or tourist visa due to this history?

any recommendation on a response? Am I sort of obliged to say “I want to continue visiting Thailand”

I’m honestly wanting to live here. But I’m not yet ready for applying to a work visa. Perhaps next time.

I’m still pondering if it’s best that I do a visa exemption at Padang Besar or if I do a tourist visa (for the first time) in Penang.

Is there more advantage to the tourist visa than the greater length of stay 60 + 30?

The longer version: special tourist visa is no longer available?

Let me know if it’s best to ask those questions as a new discussion.
