I’ve been through all this years ago .

I know what I’m talking about .

I’ve gone through agents , immigration etc etc .

Basically we are not Thai people .

We don’t have rights to own land or other things thai people can access .

But some stupid people keep dreaming that you can .

All I can say is go for it and see how far you get .

Paperwork after paperwork and In the end you don’t own anything .

The thais know the foreigners have more money and can buy lots of land and investments.

They closed that idea .

They also closed that if you married to Thai you can access the house or land .

By law you must employ Thai people .

We have no rights .
