OK, I agree that in the specific case that "you" are also the possessor, then you should report yourself... Bit of a bugger if you have two places you own (or possess) such as a weekend place, especially if you can't report on-line (since Immigration offices are closed at weekends).. I've seen reports that people in this situation have been told they should simply choose which residence they wish to be formally registered at. But since my reply was to the OP, who specifically states she is staying in a hotel then this situation is not relevant to her particular case.

I was under the impression that "you" (i.e. the individual) did not have to worry about a TM30 for temporary changes of address (i.e. the odd overnight stay in a hotel). You only need to make sure you've been registered if it's to become your new permanent address; if you'll be renewing your "visa" extension there, or wanting to do your 90 day reports as there.

Some offices are happy just to check the .pdf on you phone.. no need to print at all.

The only useful thing about printing the application is that it has all your info in one convenient place.. makes it easier to do the next on-line 90-day report..

I thought it was only the Multi-Entry Non-O that many countries stopped issuing.. (which wouldn't be much use now anyway, unless you're happy to re-quarantine every time you leave/return). You would still be able to extend a single entry non-O for one year provided you meet the requirements, and assuming your country does still issues it of course... Happy to be corrected if my info is out of date....

As I understand it from that group, it "usually" does... I don't have BB so I'm not sure myself. I have a KK bank, and even though this is also a TW partner, it no longer codes as international.. Fortunately I don't require it.

Using Transferwise, they will be coded as international if paying into a Bangkok Bank account - otherwise you need the credit advice slips... From what I understand from others it's worth the hassle of getting a BB account...!

If your embassy is one of those who continues to provide "income letters" then there is no need to actually bring any money into T/L. As far as I recall, only US. UK, & Ozzy citizens need to prove 65k bt/month income. Everyone else can still get a embassy letter and Immigration usually prefer that you continue to use that. Note: this is my current understanding, but I'm happy to be corrected if things have changed over the past year.
