can I give you 2cents of HR advice - These times have got everyone tense and under pressure, quite often bleeding into our workplace. As a result people tend to make decisions about quitting without objectively considering the long term consequences. My advice to your friend would be take a step back, perhaps even a few days off and regroup to objectively consider her options, including whether she could make personal changes at her job that could make it a bit more tolerable. I obviously don't know the full story but I know that making a move based on emotion rather than objectivity can backfire. Food for thought, hope it all works out ok for your friend

Absolutely, just get them to give you the checklist and provide everything on that list, that way they cant complain if you didnt provide anything

Martin if your work permit is cancelled and your non-B has expired then you are there on an amnesty so likely you will have to go back to your country of origin and apply for a new Non-B. There are no more border runs unfortunately, that's definitely out
