What Are My Options for Visa and Work Permit Renewal in Thailand After Late Application?

Hi, my non-immigrant B visa was valid until 12 of May, though during the borderrun on the 9th of March, the custom gave a stamp until the 6th of June (now on amnesty until 31 of July) only the custom said i had to extend my workpermit which had an expiring date of 26th of March. Unfortunately through circumstances i was one day late for my workpermit extension and had to cancel it. In that moment it was not such a big deal anyway for my company was closed because of covid lock down. Now i can't apply for a new workpermit, because first its needed to renew the non-immigrant B visa abroad, which is not possible in case of border closures...are there any possibilities for visa extension/renewal?
