We arrived last week and received our test results within a few hours of checking in at the hotel. We were then free to roam about the island. I commend the administration in Phuket for a stress free experience. Much is in flux in terms of timing and there will be kinks to work out with the new Thailand Pass system vs. the current COE. I agree that you should monitor the news and much is in flux. Best of luck to you.
While we don’t have the convenience of AAA or its equivalent here, I found that when we had car trouble recently a host of local folks offered advice and assistance, including the lovely staff of the

just outside Ban Phot, who stayed with us until the tow truck driver arrived to give us a jump. Getting in touch with whomever operates the local towing service through locals seemed the best option for us.
It is B8000 per person for the three tests. First one at the airport upon arrival. You pick the testing site for the following 2 tests, presumably the one closest to where you are staying.
Hi Sam, you don’t need to book through that website. We booked directly with the hotel as that seemed to better assure that we could simply speak with someone there, prepay and then our SHA number, which is required to book testing and obtain the COE. Best of luck to you.
Spot on, and I obtained my Non-O visa by showing proof of funds in a retirement account, and as soon as I left quarantine opened an account immediately thereafter depositing the requisite B400K. Shortly after sixty days following the date of deposit I submitted the requisite application and documentation for the one year extension. Note two things. Our provincial immigration office had a flow chart and sample documents on the wall of the facility. Paying attention to form and substance will save time and energy later. Also, our bank is very good about issuing the required letter affirming the funds on the day of the submission to immigration and they charge about B200 for the letter. Best of luck to you.
The You Tube channel “Always on a Journey” has some excellent content on COEs generally and Phuket Sandbox program specifically. At bottom go to the site recommended in the comments, pull your docs together, fill out the form and upload pics of the documents requested. It’s a pretty straightforward process with a few tips (e.g. be sure to click to upload documents as instructed). Good luck to you.
