we all have to take the video test.. I had to do it last year for my 5 year renewal.. You can do it on line before hand and a piece of cake.. Just bring the QR code to the transport department

Visa is irrelevant.. Certificate of residency..only it's his first licence so only getting a 2 year one anyway.. Visa will only become relevant for 5 years DL 👍

You need an IDP, a residence certificate, medical certificate, your passport and you have to do some vision and reaction tests.. Allow Half a day at Transport department
