I would still want to open a second account for my personal use during the visa process. Hopefully the bank would allow me a second account. Mostly because I want to start my ss direct deposit ASAP.

I wish did, but if it was me I would ask again for a copy. The owner can download the form and email it to tenent, instead of printing it.

Some of these owners/agents are not very helpful. You spend thousands of baht on their rental and just get excuses in return.

Using your phone calendar as a reminder and alert does wonders. I use it for many things. You can pick different times when you want to be reminded. Good luck
