 Thanks for the information! We've gone the OA/O visas before, then the OA insurance requirement happened, after that, covid. That seemed to change up everyone's plans.

 Thanks everyone for the info. For a couple years, it seems the OA visa will be the easiest, and better suit us now. The criminal check & medical check is no problem, and we will carry insurance anyhow. That will give us ~2 years, then we'll see what our situation is.

 I really don't know as I've only applied for OA visa in the US. I'm thinking I'll go the non O visa after we return in a couple months.

 Ah. So, leaving on a O visa, then return on visa-exempt, and would need to reapply for a new O visa. Thanks!!

 Would you explain "clean entry"? Is it leaving on your O visa, with a re-entry permit, and then returning, starting a new 90 day reporting date?

KV mansion & Kiky Ipremium, both on Soi 81 are nice, close to On Nut BTS, Lotus and Big C. Both have web presence. Not close to parks though...

Get the E-visa. Went through Wattay a couple weeks ago. breezed right through the E-visa line. The VOA line was long and slow.
