Is it safe to return to Thailand for less than 8 weeks after multiple previous visits without a tourist visa?

Im hear now on my 4th vist this year . I stayed a month in March, 2weeks in may 3weeks in August and arrived on 22 November. I always filled the TDAC form out on line , I return on the 5th af January after the new year , I've had no issues so far
