Is the Certificate of Entry (COE) application process fully online, and do I need to print it out or get a hard copy from the embassy?

All done online then print out when you get it and take it with you to the airport, good idea to print out a couple of spares

Western Union , use the app and can send bank to bank no fees and good exchange rate , I got 40.26 on Thursday last week 🙏
