What will be the difference btw getting an e-visa online and getting a visa in person in the Cambodia embassy in BKK? Will the duration of stay being allowed differ?

Great guy! Do you need to convert the e-visa to an E visa (ordinary visa) for a stay longer than 1M to wait for the Thai TR visa?

I feel a bit confused: his non ED visa will be expired on 2022Feb8, not yet expired now, and if he got a reentry permit before leaving Thailand and come into Thai before the expiration date, why is it an overstay? And if he didn’t get reentry permit before leaving Thailand, or he comes after Feb08, he will be stopped by the custom on arrival, won’t he?
