...It is a form you get given by the airline crew and fill out on the plane before you land. It is very important to complete as it is usually stapled to your entry stamp in your passport.
Sometimes the airline crew dont hand them out depends on the the airline you fly with, Singapore Airlines always give them out an hour before landing but you will be given one at arrival at Phuket anyways
...I just went to the Immigration office with my Passport and the T6 form and they automatically give me 60 day extension stamped in my passport. My original 45 day exemption on arrival in Phuket Airport expires on 26th of September and my new 60 day extension expires on the 25th November....Happy days....altogether I got 105 days for 1,900 baht👍🇹🇭👍
I just renewed my 1st extension after my Sandbox program and got 60 days extension until 25th November at Amnat Charoen immigration office. 1,900 baht plus a 800 baht fine for not informing the immigration of my address within 24 hours after leaving Phuket...ah well shit happens. Still, I'm here for 60 days and not just the 30 days I expected. So I'm happy 👍

If you are travelling on a visa exemption it takes longer. The people who get it back in a matter of minutes /hours usually travel on a visa like O or B visa and their details are already in the system. Mine COE took 12 days as they issue them on a flight schedule basis. The sooner your flight the sooner your COE.
