u need an approval letter from the current full time employer and by the way ur second employer will not me mentioned on your 1st work permit. You will be issued 2nd new work permit. I have worked 5 years with 2 permits till November 2016 and just had a discussion with my friend who works at Nan immigration too. The best thing is let this guy go meet ministry of labor to sort his issue.

Yes, he can. I had 2 work permits Nan province. My school Gave an authority letter to the second company and immigration and I was able to have to work permits at the same time one from my school and one from a learning Centre

If you’re leaving the country for a holiday then u don’t need to do a 90 reporting if the 90 days fall in the period when ur traveling.

90 Days reporting and re-entry both can be done at the airport.
