Yes, I'm aware of the reasons for the penalty advisory forms, I've just never heard of someone literally being photographed holding the 1,900 baht receipt. People are webcam photographed by the officer during the procedure, for sure though.

Is a 1-hour layover in Korea sufficient for making connections during a flight?

In addition, I'd add to sit in the front of the plane and notify the lead stewardess that you have a short transit time.

Assuming you're flying on the same airline, don't have to re-check bags, and your flight out isn't delayed; you should be fine. 🙃
