 yeah I’ve got that Malcolm, but my res cert is for buying bikes which I’ve done, res cert doesn’t state “for car and bike licence”

 Yes you are correct Mike. luckily I have time, but I’ve destroyed a tree in paperwork lol

If a Thai wanted to immigrate to NZ it would be far more problematic for them so I understand . Relatively easy here in comparison.
