once you receive the “onward ticket”, use it to go onto the official website, ie Qatar Airways was my ticket, input booking ref num-surname etc and email the actual itinerary to yourself with the airline logo on it 😉

The best way I find is to use “Wise” sent to my Thai account (Kasikorn), I then use my K-Bank app on my phone to withdraw from Kasikorn ATMs, this cuts out branch fees, only the initial transfer “wise” fee is charged
