I am not offended buy your post,unlike these other fools..You can ask the land lord what price per unit you are being charged ..Government rate is aprox 4 baht per unit..some landords charge up to 12 baht a unit......total robbery..Each property should have a meter,therefore a monthly invoice...simple maths will tell you...good luck.👍

don't buy, easier to move because of bad relationship,bad neighbours or just sick of the view.....harder to sell,money better off in your Australian super....better returns in Australia....good luck
