I have one more question. If you are a foreigner, and you own the property, do you have to file your own TM30 saying you are living at your own house( within 24hrs of arrival ) ? Thanks

ok šŸ‘Œ I’m thinking more about when you do a regular dwelling TM30 don’t you provide the landlord’s ownership docs or a rental agreement or something? Or is it simply a matter of filling in the TM30 form with no other docs required ?

thank you. We have global insurance that was accepted when my husband did the whole quarantine COE thing here last year so think that’s covered. Yes - let’s hope it doesn’t show up in Thailand tests. He had two tests to go in and out of the U.K. at Christmas. Both negative so fingers crossed. He got COViD in August/Sept last year just after arriving at uni in France
