You can enter multiple times within 6 month with each entry max of 60 days

getting visa in advance doesn’t guarantee you’ll be allowed to enter Thailand.

Visa is issued by one department ( MFE) and entrance into Thailand is by immigration.

First can easily issue you visa and immigration deny you entry
