A letter from a school Inviting me with my name on it

This is an entirely Different visa

How to fix this as it obvious they mixed up my application

With another I have sent a email to their

I am applying for a Non-0 visa one of the requirements is two recent photos but does not mention the size do you know if is the same as the passport pictures

And do you have to
