the west has nothing to do with the MASSIVE problems at Bangkok bank. Corruption at Bangkok bank started most of the problems and their solutions created the rest.

yes as have many people, but the problem only seems to affect Bangkok bank, same as all the other ongoing problems

wrong about what? Frighten people how? Bangkok bank is having serious problems and zero customer service. A solution is go with a better bank. Nothing to be frightened about, I did it easily.

that's not accurate. I am able to open the app and check my balances while it is frozen.

notification on screen when you opened the app was all. It's not longer visible on the app for me, but account is still frozen.

Like has been stated, every branch at every bank can have different requirements. My suggestion and some won't like it, but hire an agent and go to kasikorn. You will probably need a certificate of residence from immigration

an updated certificate should not match the address he opened the account with if he moved. I had to update my address with a residence certificate and my new lease agreement in this latest round of account freezing. My certificate of residence obviously didn't match the address that I opened the account with since I had moved.
