Hey i have wise thai account, you need to upload your mobile internet bill and passport i think. But unfortunately wise card are not available in thailand yet

How can I obtain a long stay visa for Thailand as an Indian married to a Thai national and wanting to stay during my wife's delivery?

You can get TR 60 , from thai embassy (Tourist Visa) from India itself .

You can get letter from Indian Consulate by proving your circumstances and extend for additional 30 days. (90 days in total)

Or You Can apply Non Immigration visa based on marriage (If you are married )
