i applied in december and was accepted, only had 500k in my bank for around 10 days before, previous month i had even less and then less the previous month. just to a cover letter to explain all your transfers and make it as easy as possible for them to understand, you’ll be fine, you don’t need 3 months in a row in hanoi :)

i know it does depends on the embassy, some are stricter than others, but hanoi are known for not needing it for 3 months in a row, not sure where this even came from tbh 🤣 your best bet is just looking through this page and make your own judgement, that’s what i did x

i got approved in hanoi last month, i had the total 500k in my account only 10 days before i applied. submitted 4 months of bank statements just because December’s didn’t have any activity and each month got less and less, September’s was like 200k baht. doesn’t state anywhere in hanoi’s website you have to hold that money for 3 months in a row, i think people are just confusing the 3-6 bank statement requirement with needing the 500k for 3-6 months minimum. i think if you needed this for a minimum time it would explicitly say it somewhere x
