Yes, Thailand is preparing a Long-Stay Visa option for international investors who invest in property valued at 3 million baht or more.

There are 3 main ways to qualify:

1️⃣ Purchase Property

Buy a condominium unit with a value of at least 3 million baht.

2️⃣ High-Value Rental

Rent a condominium or house with a monthly rent of 85,000 baht or more.

3️⃣ Long-Term Lease

Sign a leasehold contract of 3 years or longer with a total value of at least 3.06 million baht.
