Confirm all the dates with the hospital. Have the hospital wrote you an official invitation letter confirming appointments. Send this in your visa application.
Keep in mind the embassy will likely be on holiday from March 27-April 9. You could get approved before then, but who knows. If you can arrive sooner even better.
