I don’t believe you can get an O visa outside Thailand. You can only get an O-A visa aboard.

I wasn’t aware that foreigners could receive an O visa from abroad.

For those expats in Thailand that received the Thai vaccine cocktail, have a booster shot every 6 months for those individuals over 60 years old or to any with underlying health conditions.

Currently, booster shots aren’t part of the government’s narrative, with the exception of those individuals vaccinated with Sinovac. Post vaccinations efficacy drops to ~57% effectiveness after 6 months.

Wow. Within 6 days your uploaded your data, mailed your passport, received you passport back and the Embassy mailed your COE. That’s was incredible fast turnaround time.

You have to issue. First, if you don’t return by January 5, 2021, you won’t be able to renew your “0” visa. Secondly, you need to have the ฿800,000 in a Thai bank account. There’s no compromise on this issue.
