you can use scan by going to any kasikorn exchange booth and top up an app that allows u to scan, there are other ways to transfer money without a bank like I said u can go to atm and take out cash if u have bitcoin.

This reminds me of the elite visa. Thaksin came up with it, the the next government got rid of it, then rebranded it and brought it back as thier own, we could see the same thing with this. Who knows what will happen. My bet will be changes after 2027

Thats true yet they ultimately they get thier orders from the big lady. Given the prime ministers maiden speech was about soft power I doubt very much anything will change until there is a change in government in 2027.
