I've chancellor my NO visa and switched to an elite before. I couldn't get the elite until my NO was canceled. That said I don't know about DTV

that's why I'm saying they should have a qr code when scanned goes to the companys website that confirms the name, number of pages, date on the document. That way you couldn't copy someone else's.

same system could be used for any official document, bank statements, tax returns but for whatever reason these companies and governments don't care about reducing document fraud
