does anyone remember when the bank worked for us!? But yes, sound advice here. I would add that telephone communication can be a hurdle, it was for me. Giffgaff allow you to to set up an eSIM. This way you can retain a uk number for online banking and the app if you use it? Someone mentioned HSBC. I’ve just opened a global account with them. How easy and helpful. I’d highly recommend.
