what are you talking about? You really don't understand or just trolling? There is extension in official law of the visa so it should be easy to make it. Sometimes CANNOT go abroad and it's not vacation at all. This visa allow you to stay 360 days with one INSIDE THE COUNTRY extension, so yes, it's long time tourist visa.

For me it's not problem to go abroad but sometimes it's just impossible for some with real reasons. Don't be judgmental.
