Depends on your embassy. My embassy does not do them so I have to go to Immigration to request it. I am currently in 2 day class for drivers license. You dont need it to take class but you will need it to get the actual license at DLT.

Using "TrueMoney" app to pay all utilities and most shopping places like Lotus. I'll survive. They closed my account last week.
