I used to use Wise until they started closing USA based accounts. Now I use Remitely and Western Union. I check both to get the best net rate.

I use an old flip phone that has TracFone contract. I believe it was $60 for the year and it does Wi-Fi calling and texting so I have it set up at home and the only time I use it is what I get a text for two step Authentication

Wise always works quickly for me. I have SS deposited in US Bank and transferred to BKK Bank. I have my money in 24-36 business hours.

Yes and he will need to verify each year he is still alive. I am not sure what the form is called, but I know i've read about it a couple of places
