One of the files needed to apply your application is the stamp shows that uou are inside the country you are applying in.

So it is obvious that you can't apply while you are in the kingdom

First... after 5 years it won't be extend

Because your visa validation is 5 years , means at the end of the 5 years the visa is expired. Means also, need a new Visa

Second.... no one ever can predict 5 years time about the policies and the rules to be implemented that time... in reality you can't even predict what will be the situation end of this year.

So.. enjoy your current time holding this visa

Till further notice by authorities and don't bother yourself with that far ending point.
