Filing a 90-day report in Thailand, is mandatory for foreigners staying over 90 days,
Let's say you did not do, and you go to immigration for any reason or services that time you will be in a fine of 2,000 THB.
Again we are talking according to the law.. if it is implemented or not That is not our job, but the authority has the right to do
If caught by authorities without having a report, the fine increases to 5,000 THB...
There is a 7-day grace period after the 90-day period to submit the report without penalty. So you should be having enough time and if you are saying i forget , that is not an excuse
Because we always advise our clients
You have a smart phone and have a calendar
Put that in the calendar 7 days reminder before due
That will allow you 7 before and 7 after.
There is no excuse, unless you don't care the rules ,so if something wrong happened , No need to complain
And kindly... EXPERTS, we don't need you to comment or correct us.. .if you know better than us then that is great, keep your knowledge to yourselves

Sometimes they are so, not a must that there is any mistakes in the application
