What are the options to convert my METV to a 90-day Non-O visa based on marriage in Thailand?

Have done my visas in Thailand.

Used an agency upon arrival for marriage visa. Then switched to retirement visa, 3rd year changed to monthly income retirement without an agent.

Although immigration locations vary in helping, I'm fortunate to have one not so busy with friendly & helpful officers.

Can I use foreign bank statements to verify my monthly income for a retirement visa extension in Thailand?

I changed in November to monthly. Print within 1 week of appointment ss & VA income.

Certificate from the bank showing 12 months of current deposits.

And immigration TM form. Memory... but I believe that was it.

Also I believe the embassy no longer verifies income.
