yeah War is Hell on earth. But human kind will have extinguished ourselves before we realize there has to be a better way to resolve conflict.

Killing isn't a great thing. I'm not saying that. I'm just pointing out people run from the war, yet get to a new place and start acting like assholes to the locals. Well loudmouth if you're so tough why you running like a bitch? But I'm a guy who joined the Army the day after the hadjis attacked us on 9-11, multiple deployments, and even buried my son who followed my footsteps. So my views may be a bit jaded to some.

There are many Visa options. Education Visa is probably the cheapest route. Thailand got much stricter about border runs. I understand her love of Thailand, but all of us have to always realize, we are not Thai citizens. Yes expats contribute greatly to the economy, but there are too many smelly European backpackers, and Russians with attitude problems as they run their coward asses to hide from war.
