can you read ? I said a few different places meaning NOT here where immigration will send local police to collect you, like England I know for a fact they send local police for over staying visa. So its not a lie

You can come to Thailand under visa exempt for 60 days plus 30 day extension. If you are looking to just come and visit first

No, you do not have to tell them you are staying in another country receiving SSI benifits

You need 25k USD in a savings account for at least 6 months saved. Doesn't matter what you make ( 800k baht ) I've asked this same thing for DTV I'm not old enough to get a retirement visa, I was told its good to have the money in an account somewhere for a fee months straight

oh that's good to know cause a few different places I know of do come looking its not immigration they send local police to "fetch"them for a chat

Id go to immigration and pay the fine if they come looking for you may be steeper mate cause now it looks like you are trying to avoid the rule. Just my humble opinion
