, no, I did not provide the return flight tickets. Since they have now requested this document, my real concern is how to obtain it. If I fail to do so, they may reject my visa application, and the 1,600 RM I have paid will be wasted.

The most unreasonable requirement they have asked for is the authentication of my job contract and a copy of my employer’s business registration, authenticated by the embassy of the country where my company is based. I work for a US employer, and US embassies do not provide authentication or verification for such documents. How can I possibly fulfill this requirement, especially when they are not responding to my emails or phone calls?

I wrote them a letter but received no response. I called multiple times, but no visa officer was available to speak on the phone, only the Malaysian administrative staff, who do not have any relevant information.
