No need to apply for an OA non immigrant Visa. Apply for the non o Visa . No health insurance requirements.

I think they give Green Stamps, you're probably not old enough to even know what those are :-)

Normally they ask you nothing just stare at your passport and check their database then give you a stamp and send you on your way
