VioletPanda7560 I'm not sure on that, I'll on my 8th villa in Koh Samui and I don't like them asking for invasive documents from me, so I don't ask them. I guess I've been lucky.

Sorry to hear this mate, however it is common for majority of insurance providers to pay later or with a slight delay.

Hospitals/doctors nearly always require a portion upfront. This should be refunded to you soon via insurance.

A lot of people don't really know this however so I understand if it's a shock.

 yes I remember, HSBC copped the fine and locked the launders and bad actors accs. They didn't do the lazy " block 10s of thousands of accounts" strategy and make it our problem.

 100% mate. People think oh it's unlocked so I'm ok with it.

The fact is was locked in the first place is an issue.

Sure they have a Chinese laundering issue but dont make that my problem.

Bank offshore dont mess with South East Asian banks.
