Noted getting in ouch with the Vfs office here in Thailand directly .. they should speak English tho . .. and if have the documents . It should be straight forward . If the kids are minors you would be required to be present with the kids for the appointment !
Are you looking for passports for the kids ? Cause passports can only be sorted by the respective embassy … visas yes you’ll have to get In touch with Vfs .. !
