why difficult to get back out? We're considering to bring our westie next year for several months. She's stayed at a friends in the past but that's quite difficult for the dog and us as well
yes you are correct,, what I meant was a stand alone crosswalk "that's not on a corner" where there is already traffic lights... i,e, standalone crosswalk, nowhere near an intersection, The only other one I'm aware of was last year on 2nd road in downtown near Soi Honey, however this year when I walk by, this one is no longer operational.
quite simple if you read any thai news. Government always worry about overstays, so this is a requirement due to you are only visiting and they want to take steps to ensure that you are actually going to leave.
there's no rules against it, just you might spend days searching for one that will. a visa agent can assist you, maybe 90 minutes more or less of your time.
thats fine for onward ticket, but I recall you might need to be in your home country to apply for that visa. might be better off coming back same way, visa in arrival find a well know visa agent and get 30 day extension, or do it yourself.
everyone is alway saying TM30, however if you are at a hotel and less than 30 days it's a completely different "and acceptable" form that they give you. Mine had every foreign guest less than 30 days on it, and the simply took a pen and crossed off the others, and immigration had no issues with it
A bit confusing post. If you're moving to Thailand and planning to work/teach you're required to have the proper visa which you only get through your employer.
Teaching English even with an English degree you're most likely going to also need a TEFL certification which, at best will take many months to complete.
