Would it be silly of me to ask whether I can apply for a Thai Tourist (TR) visa while remaining in Thailand, or whether I must leave the country and apply at a Thai embassy in a neighboring country instead? Alternatively, would it ultimately be more cost-effective to return to Myanmar and apply from there?
