Yall wanna keep saying it's s tourist visa yet the fact that it is 💯 not under tourist visa on the official site seems to disagree with this statement 🤷‍♂️

It's under non immigrant visa not tourist visa 😉

Do I need to put the return home date as 180 days from entry when applying with a DTV visa?

You can renew in country at 180 days

So no you do not have to put 179 🙄

You can stay 360 with extension

That isn't true I just shipped my things here duty free 🤷‍♂️

Attached copy ofmy thai drivers license, copy of passport and rental agreement and tm30

No issues to be had . It is a long stay visa after all not sure where you got your information from 🤷‍♂️

One can apply then other can apply as dependent after first approved

If both are on same account it is fine to then use that same account for 2nd persons dependent app

You need printed some will scan off your phone but you're way better off to print it out shrink it laminate it and you're covered
