TLDR : Answer Summary
The average prices for agent services for a Non-O retirement visa with a multi-entry option in Thailand typically range from 30,000 to 44,000 baht, depending on various factors such as the need for an agent's help with bank account requirements and whether it's an initial application or renewal. Some commenters noted that the cost could drop to 14,000 baht for extensions without an agent. Reputable agents in Pattaya include Maneerat and TikTok Services, with reported initial costs varying significantly based on personal financial situations.

baht price is what I was quoted in a office in Jomtien. It seemed like a bit high, but I guess it was fair.

I was recently quoted 26,000 if I didn't have the 800,000 to set-up the retirement visa and extension (15 months). From what I under the price goes down significantly to renew the visa.
I HATE the pattaya immigration office but I think I am going to try to do my own and forego the agent... I will let you know in a few months.
I'm planning on doing it myself, but inquiring if I get stuck. I'm been to Thailand for a few vacations and think I retire about a year from now. I'm locked in a lease at present time, so this inquiring is just planning ahead.
I’m not sure if you’re being deliberately obtuse or you just can’t help it.
Have you actually read the original question? If you arrive with tourist visa, or on Visa Exempt, have no bank account, do not have 800k and use an agent for everything - converting to Non O, first annual Extension including a multiple Reentry permit, then around 30k is a pretty standard price. Some agents charge more.
maybe you not hear right.. but everything included.

I saw this one the other day but I have no idea how reputable they are. That said, I hear people on here rave about how good TikTok Services is but I've never used them & I don't know their prices.
nice catch, I didn't notice that. It's definitely going to cost more with the initial visa.

To be more clear than the previous comments…
Lots of variables. Is this an initial? Extension of existing? Do you have a bank account with 800K baht seasoned for 2 months or do you need them to make that part happen for you?
you need to go to your immigration office and ask for their handout to convert to non-O visa. Each immigration office has their own requirements so the only way to know what you need is to go to your office and ask.
Unfortunately I cannot say from personal experience for that situation as I have the funds. But I have friends that told me it was between 25-30K. Someone above says 30K.
