you are wrong. If you open a euro account you have a real bank account within a real bank. It is regulated exactly the same. You see it if you check your bank account if you did open one. You are a customer of a real bank. You can even call them or go there in person if you like to.

you can have a real bank account in wise. So it is actually a bank. Wise is just infront of the bank. But you have everything else a „normal“ bank account has because behind wise there is a bank if you request a bank account on wise. Not compared to just a deposit like for example PayPal.

90 day report is mandatory on all visa as far is i know

you are very wrong with that. A visa is never a guarantee to get inside a country. It’s just a prove you had all requirements to get granted this visa. But you can still get denied entry.

to renew your license you need a new certificate yes. But as long as your driving license is valid most things you would need a residence certificate can be done with the driving license as far as i know

May not work everywhere. May not work now. But 2 years ago you could open a bank account in samui in the bangkok bank with only a thai driving license. No visa and residence certificates were needed as you hold a thai driving license.

So probably worth trying. Get a driving license is cheap, fast and easy.

yes they did, they say oke so speak Thai with me, and i said how i can speak Thai, i was on an ED visa to learn English, im just coming now to make my ED visa to learn Thai. so normal i can not speak a language before i go to the school. They wanted to see pictures of me in the school wich i could show them. but they did not really listen at all, or look at my papers, for them it was clear i can not come as a tourist because i stayed for 2,5 years
