What are the best apps or websites for booking flights?

Ha ha Just tried to book a flight from Manchester UK to Bangkok with Emirates and it was £4,330 economy return, the last time I flew with Emirates in 2019 I paid less than £500 and that was in high season NOV . Other airlines and skyscanner are also quoting silly prices So will leave it until later in the year when prices get back to normal ? if they ever do ?
